Pirate Kitchen de Marseille

2 000 Ft

Pirate Kitchen de Marseille could best be described as a recipe booklet, though not in the conventional sense of the term. Rather, it attempts to introduce the reader, in an essential and intuitive way, to a gastronomic mindset and experience that can be easily realized by anyone. It exists somewhere between alternative food sourcing born out of necessity and a zero-waste, ecologically conscious way of thinking.

The publication is entirely about us — about us as Kovács Kristóf (Sajnos Gergely) and Péterbencze Vera — and touches on topics such as domestic models, creative cooking, food waste, and the critique of capitalist systems. Naturally, we also included a few “real” recipes along the way.
